Faculty, students and staff of the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill are involved in several projects in China, including some related specifically to the Beijing Olympics. Carolina also has several experts on various issues related to Chinese culture, history and health. |

The University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill will co-sponsor and host the 28th Annual Babson College Entrepreneurship Research Conference June 5-7 at the Kenan-Flagler Business School. The event, widely considered the premier conference for entrepreneurship research, provides a dynamic venue where academics and real-world practitioners link theory and practice.

Media representatives are invited to join the 2008 Tar Heel Bus Tour for a stop Wednesday in Charlotte. The privately funded tour, which continues through Friday (May 16), is taking 36 new UNC-Chapel Hill faculty members across the state to learn about its people, economy, environment, culture and history.
