Former U.S. Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Africa Tom Woods will discuss opportunities for engaging successfully in Africa’s economic emergence at a free public lecture at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill on Sept. 27. “Winning in Africa: Strategies for Success” will begin at 5:30 p.m. in the Kenan Center dining room at the Kenan-Flagler Business School. A reception will follow.
