A World-renowned e-government expert, Tony Wohlers, will deliver a free, public lecture at 3:30 p.m. on Thursday (Oct. 9), in the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill School of Government’s Knapp-Sanders Building. A reception at 3 p.m. will precede the lecture titled “The Digital World of Local Government: Insights from the United States and Germany.”
