Exhibit to portray child trafficking E-mail

Photographs taken by UNC senior Angela Harper, telling the stories of child slaves in Ghana, will be exhibited Tuesday (Jan. 8) through Feb. 25 in the FedEx Global Education Center. Twelve to 15 photos will be displayed.

Scheck-Estrich talk to start spring death penalty events E-mail

Attorney Barry Scheck, a founder and director of the Innocence Project, and Susan Estrich, an author and syndicated columnist, will discuss the death penalty on Jan. 17 at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

'Three Girls and Their Buddy' to replace Carpenter at UNC E-mail

Mary Chapin Carpenter, who was scheduled to perform a sold-out concert on Feb. 15 at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, has cancelled her 2007-2008 tour and will be unable to keep the date.
