University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill Chancellor James Moeser, Chapel Hill Mayor Kevin Foy, Faculty Chair Joe Templeton and Student Body President J.J. Raynor will cast their votes in the North Carolina primary at 2 p.m. Thursday (April 17) – the first day of early primary voting at the Morehead Planetarium and Science Center.
